Onwards to SYDNEY NScotia.

Greg's seafood chowder..
This tickled Greg - first, find a chick...

Crossing Bras D'or...

The original Sydney Harbour bridge - looks like a minature version of the one in the southern hemisphere. Sydney Nova Scotia was founded in 1785...

Looking back to the car ferry we used earlier at Bras D'or...

Car ferry was just leaving but they reversed back for us...

The Atlantic Ocean...

Why not.

This is what life at Neil's Harbour is all about...

Fancy sitting up on those plastic chairs when the swell gets up?...

Onwards towards Sydney NS...

The equivalent of our strong crosswind road signs...

Typical Nova Scotian barn...

The colours are changing everyday, imagine it will look fantastic in a few weeks time...

The sea misty coastal road as we drove it today...

Mist just descending to right of picture, it came down really fast...

Beyond the Pines, the Atlantic Ocean...

A weird place on the coastal road to Cheticamp.

Joe's roadside Cafe plus these oddball scarecrows he makes. If it looks vaguely familiar, we were told that Billy Connelly filmed himself here on one of his televised tours...
One scarecrow you may recognise...

Maggie in designer wear...

Sign reads: 'What a great place to work, no-one talks'...

They all stand in a large circle...

From Antigonish to Red SHoe Pub Mabou.

Sweet potatoe fries...
Red Shoe ale in the tulip glass ( knocks yer socks off) Tall Ships in straight glass...

Piano awaiting arrival of musicians and especially Howie McDonald on the 'fiddle'. We have video recording of them but cannot upload on this Blog - it's a pity because Howie plays fabulous Acadian/Scottish/Capelli. Can show you when we see you...

Port Hawkesbury...

I believe McDonalds should NEVER be allowed anywhere near a lobster! What next - McPasties?...

49kms to go...

Sycamore seed, autumn round the corner...

In for some great times I can feel it in my bones...

Flower waterers in Antigonish...

Saturday night hi jinks...

One of many churches at Antigonish...
